Lou Ciavolella is an award-winning art & creative director who has worked for ad agencies, marketing communications firms, and graphic design studios throughout New Jersey and Philadelphia. His extensive experience in developing creative solutions for clients in a wide array of industries has enabled him to embrace new challenges fluidly and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Before forming CIAVO Design, Lou served as Creative Director for WMSH Marketing Communications in Haddonfield, NJ. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Art Director at Winning Strategies in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Lou graduated duCret School of Art in Plainfield, New Jersey as an advertising design major. He transferred to duCret after studying fine art at William Paterson University.
